We normally require 14 days’ notice before you move out, however we understand that this isn’t always possible, so please give as much notice as you can to allow us to prepare your final account. Our staff will go over this process at the time of signing your contract.

We need one form of photo ID (driving license, passport or other official ID). We also require confirmation of your address, so please bring a recent utility bill.

No, we don’t tie you in to a long-term contract – you can stay for as long or as short a time as you need, although our minimum charge period is 14 days. We’ll send your storage invoice to you monthly. When you do move out, we’ll refund any overpaid rental to the day you vacated, so you’ll never pay for storage you don’t use. We do offer discounts for customers who sign a contract for longer periods, so please ask.
